In order to operate the Store, the Administrator processes information about the user's device to ensure the correct functioning of the services. In connection with submitting a complaint regarding services provided electronically, the Administrator processes the data contained in this complaint.

The data provided in connection with submitting a complaint under warranty, i.e., email address, first name and last name, address, phone, and possibly the bank account number and other data provided in connection with this complaint, regardless of how and in what form this complaint was submitted, are processed for the purpose of accepting and considering this complaint, as well as providing you with information related to the consideration of the warranty complaint, and their processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, i.e., as necessary for the performance of the contract, Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
The data provided in connection with the submission of a complaint regarding services provided electronically is processed for the purpose of accepting and addressing this complaint, as well as providing you with information related to the handling of complaints regarding services provided electronically, and its processing is based on Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR, i.e., in connection with the fulfillment of a legal obligation imposed on the Administrator arising from the provisions of Article 7a of the Act of May 30, 2014 – on consumer rights.
Information contained in cookies or other similar technologies, if they constitute personal data, is processed for the purpose of providing services electronically, including making content available on the Store's website, registering and maintaining a customer account, placing orders, in connection with the consent to the use of specific cookies or other similar technologies through the appropriate settings of the web browser in accordance with Article 173(2) of the Act of July 16, 2004 – Telecommunications Law. Therefore, the basis for processing this personal data is the consent of the data subject, i.e., Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, as well as the performance of a contract, in this case, a contract for the provision of services electronically, of which the data subject is a party, or to take action at the request of the data subject, i.e., Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
The IP address of the computer, the URL of the request, session data, browser data, including the type of browser and the language of the browser, device data, including screen resolution and type and language of the operating system, data regarding activity in the Store, including the amount of time spent on individual subpages and the date and time of using the Store, the signature of the user's browser visiting the site, and other data regarding activity in the Store, if they constitute personal data, are processed for the purpose of providing services electronically based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, i.e., for the purpose of fulfilling the contract, in this case, a contract for the provision of services electronically, of which the data subject is a party, or to take action at the request of the data subject.
User data is retained for the following period:
Data regarding the maintenance of the customer account – for the duration of its maintenance in the Store and no longer than until its deletion based on a request submitted by the Customer.
In other respects, data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected.
All of the above data will be deleted by the Administrator earlier than the periods indicated above, except in situations where the obligation to retain certain data arises from generally applicable legal regulations, if further processing of such data would be pointless, i.e., the purpose for which they were retained has ceased, which constitutes the implementation of the provision of Article 5(1)(e) of the GDPR.
